Now that I'm turning the big 3-2 tomorrow (6/4), I've decided to make this year count and get my health back. Why I'm doing this on my actual birthday is because I want to bring sexy back starting on my birthday and see where I'm at a year from now. To make myself accountable I'm going to give updates every week on here. The pic on here is one that was taken recently at a baseball game. I'd like to lose weight and get toned. But more importantly, I'd like to get a workout routine in as well as healthy eating/portion control/calorie counting fun.
We went to the grocery and got only healthy foods, even for the kids. Dan's on board with me and we are doing this together, so hopefully it'll actually work. Accountability is key! Dan's going to go to the gym at the crack tomorrow and I'll go later in the day.

You look great by the way! But I've been on teh 17 day diet plan and it really works. I lost 10 pounds in the first two weeks. It is all about eating healthy. Even my dr. said it is a great way to lose weight. If you like fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables, and yogurt you will be successful. Dan's Aunt Kelley
